Complaints Procedure

At Priors Hall Pharmacy, we are committed to providing a high standard of care and service to every patient. We value your feedback and take all concerns and complaints seriously.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to let us know so that we can investigate your concerns and, where appropriate, improve the way we work.

How to Make a Complaint

You can raise a complaint with us:

In person: Speak to a member of our pharmacy team
By telephone: 01536 214366
By email: info@priorshallpharmacy.com
By post: Priors Hall Pharmacy, Unit 2 7 Regents Place Priors Hall Park, Corby NN17 5GT

Please provide as much information as possible, including:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • A clear description of your concern
  • The date or approximate date of the incident
  • The names of any team members involved, if known
  • Any outcome or resolution you would like us to consider

If you are making a complaint on behalf of someone else, we may need their consent before discussing information relating to their care.

What Happens Next?

We will aim to acknowledge your complaint promptly and investigate it fairly and thoroughly. We will keep you informed where appropriate and provide a response once our investigation is complete.

Some complaints may take longer to investigate depending on their complexity. If this happens, we will aim to keep you updated.

Further Support

If your complaint relates to an NHS pharmacy service and you remain dissatisfied, you may be able to raise the matter through the relevant NHS complaints process.

If your concern relates to the professional conduct or fitness to practise of a pharmacist or pharmacy technician, you may contact the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

We are committed to treating all complaints respectfully, confidentially and without affecting the standard of care you receive from us.
